GED and HiSET Testing

You may wish to take an equivalency test if:

  • You need more than 50 credits.
  • You do not have transcripts or cannot get transcripts from another school or country.
GED Testing

GED® Testing Service offers the only learner-centric program that is recognized and portable from state to state. The program is based on the expectations and standards for college- and career-readiness and will lead to better outcomes in education.

HiSET (High School Equivalency Test)

We are now open for Paper Based Testing using HiSET (High School Equivalency Test).  We administer the HiSET on Fridays from 8:00 am - 11:30 am.

GED Exam Instructions(Pearson VUE)

We are an official Pearson VUE GED Test Center and an ETS HiSET Test Center!  

Instructions
• All examinees must first register for the GED® Exam online at ged.com.
• Once on the web site, you must click on “Schedule” to schedule and pay for testing
.

Notice
The GED® Exam was changed in 2014. If you passed some but not all subject areas prior to the new 2014 Exam, prior scores are no longer valid and you will have to take ALL subject tests again.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or DMV-issued ID, a passport, visa, or military ID, indicating date of birth, current residence, recent photo, and signature
• Social security number recommended for registration

Important Notices

• Testing available on Fridays only from 8:00 am - 11:30 am.
• Testing fees: $140 ($35 per test x 4 tests)
• Testing fees are non-refundable; pay at the ged.com website
